Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal
Consumers as defined by Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. A consumer within the meaning of the law is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activities.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you received the goods or the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (TaKeTiNa Online Learning GbR, Münchner Str. 2, D-82335 Berg, Email: member@taketina.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the most cost-effective standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
