Cancellation Policy

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

For contracts concerning digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. online courses, streaming content, member areas, or digital downloads), the statutory right of withdrawal expires prematurely once the execution of the contract has begun.

This applies after:

  • you have expressly agreed that we may begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and
  • you have confirmed that you are aware that by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once the execution of the contract begins.

By purchasing and receiving immediate access to the digital content, these conditions are considered fulfilled.

This is based on Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
