This English version is a translation of the German General Terms and Conditions (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen) of TaKeTiNa Online Learning GbR and is provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancies, ambiguities, or differences in interpretation between this English translation and the German original version, the German version shall prevail. The legally binding version is the German version.
A. General Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the paid TaKeTiNa Online Membership and the related digital content, online courses, and live online offerings of TaKeTiNa Online Learning GbR. By registering on www.taketina-online.com and its subpages, these Terms and Conditions are accepted.
Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not become part of the contract, even if we do not expressly object to their inclusion.
B. Subject Matter of the Contract and Conclusion of the Contract
By registering with TaKeTiNa Online, a subscription contract is concluded. The contract is concluded when you click the button “Buy now with obligation to pay” or an equivalent clearly worded button at the end of the order process.
The respective service description is based on the specific offer and the description on www.taketina-online.com.
C. Scope of Services of the TaKeTiNa Online Membership
The specific scope of services is determined by the respective product description at the time of the order.
The membership includes access to digital course content, videos, audios, instructions, TaKeTiNa Journeys, Meta-Skills, meditations, supplementary materials, as well as participation in monthly live online meetings. During the first 24 months from the start date, you will receive a monthly package containing 4 to 8 videos from the course content listed above. Various instruction videos and tutorials are made available in the “Welcome” area when the contract is concluded. The live online meetings take place on the announced dates. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not recorded.
New content is provided regularly, usually monthly, within the scope of the respective membership. Digital content that has already been unlocked remains accessible for the duration of an active membership. After termination of the membership, access ends unless expressly agreed otherwise.
After the first 24 months, the membership continues at 50% of the regular membership fee then applicable, unless it has been cancelled beforehand. For memberships concluded at a promotional price or as part of a special offer, the conditions displayed in the order process immediately before completion of the purchase shall apply.
D. Use
A valid email address is required for registration. In addition, a password must be chosen that meets common security requirements; it must not be passed on to third parties.
Use of the members’ site is permitted for private purposes only. Commercial or business use, or public presentation, is permitted only with our express written consent. The membership is personal; only persons with their own subscription may access and consume the content.
The sessions are provided multimedia-based via the internet. The member is solely responsible for internet access and the necessary equipment, such as computer, microphone, headphones or speakers, and webcam.
E. Prices, Payment, and Provision of Services
All prices are gross prices and include statutory value-added tax. The agreed remuneration is due upon conclusion of the contract.
Payment is made by credit card, direct debit (SEPA direct debit), or PayPal. For credit card, SEPA direct debit, and PayPal payments, the charge or debit is made upon completion of the order.
Digital content is unlocked immediately after completion of the order, provided that the customer has expressly consented to our beginning the provision of the digital content before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has confirmed that, by the beginning of the provision of the digital content, the customer loses the right of withdrawal with regard to this digital content.
In the event of a failed direct debit, for example due to insufficient funds or an unjustified objection, the fee shall increase by the transaction costs charged to us by third parties as a result, but by at least EUR 8. The customer remains entitled to prove that no damage or a lower damage has occurred.
We offer the payment options credit card and PayPal through our external payment service providers PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, and Stripe Payments Europe, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Co. Dublin, Ireland.
F. Term and Cancellation
The membership has an initial term of one (1) month or one (1) year, depending on the selected billing interval. After expiry of the initial term, the membership is extended for an indefinite period unless it is cancelled.
Cancellation is possible at any time through the cancellation function in the settings of the dashboard. The cancellation will be confirmed electronically immediately after the cancellation declaration has been submitted. The membership ends at the end of the billing period already paid for. A pro rata refund of membership fees already paid will not be made unless otherwise required by law.
Alternatively, cancellation may be declared in text form, in particular by email to member@taketina.com. Cancellations in text form must be received by us no later than five days before the end of the current billing period in order to be taken into account for that billing period. The time of receipt of the cancellation by us shall be decisive.

We provide the agreed services in accordance with the offer and with the required care and may make use of third parties for this purpose. If we are prevented by illness from providing the services on time, we reserve the right to provide them at a later date, at the latest one month later. H. Right of Withdrawal

If, when concluding the membership, the customer expressly consents to our beginning the provision of the digital content before the expiry of the withdrawal period and at the same time confirms that, by the beginning of the provision of the digital content, the customer loses the right of withdrawal with regard to this digital content, the right of withdrawal shall expire in this respect when provision begins.

In the event of the unavailability of Reinhard Flatischler, Anna-Maria Flatischler, or Johann Bertl, we are entitled to provide a trained TaKeTiNa Teacher as a substitute.
L. Rights of Use
We hold the exclusive rights of use and exploitation to all images, videos, texts, webinars, and databases published by us. Any use of these contents without our consent is not permitted.
